All orders are processed within 12 working hours of receipt from Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:00. Your chosen shipping method, Express Delivery or Standard Delivery will determine actual delivery time.
We use the below carriers as standard to deliver our orders. From time to time it may necessary to dispatch with an alternate carrier.
Any tracking number provided by Royal Mail or other carrier will be assigned to your order. It will be updated with the tracking information and order stage. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number and wish to enquire the status of your order please refer to the contact us page.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the average weight and dimension scale provided by our carriers and your global location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown shipping options and the shipping rates will be calculated so you can choose standard or express delivery, or cancel your order at this time.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
